Party food

Well first week done and lost 3lbs :) Very happy. Even managed some gym, wii fit and tons of walking (I don't drive so always do loads)

My problem is it's my Mum's 50th birthday party this weekend. I already know I'm not going to stick to SF 100% that day - plan on having a couple of drinks in the evening but thought I could do some damage limitation by offering to take along some food, low fat options of course!

Just wondering if anyone has any good suggestions on low cal party food. I'm already making a low fat potato salad but a little stuck for ideas.
