How many syns is the macaroni cheese one? x

1.5 , i think.

cook it as a normal and then put it on top of cooked broccoli and cauliflower and stick it under the grill for a few minutes.

I think these would be a great for work but I only have a microwave. packet says to use a bowl which would take 4 pints?! does anyone microwave theirs?
