    Hi guys!!
Haven't been around recently! Have made my own food diary book on paper instead where I can stick pics etc.!
    Hope your all ok!

Have a question that is really bugging me!

Does anybody use Homepride pasta bake??

It says on the front of tuna bake sauce...125g serving- 100cals
Is this for 125g serving of the sauce alone or 125g serving of the whole pasta bake including all the ingridients?? Im very confused lol!

I bet that is just the sauce, as different pasta varies in calories and they can't predict what type you will use.

According to the Food Focus site I use Homepride pasta bake sauce has 102 cals per 100g
So the tuna and pasta would have to be added to that.

I will be just for the sauce, the only thing I know of that gives the info for a meal are the colemans casserole mixes and they make it quite clear its the calories for the recomended recipe.
