Pasta in 5 C&B

Hi i enjoy the pasta in 5 range, 120g crosse and blackwell, could any one tell me the syn value of this type please

C&B Pasta in 5.......(syn values for 'made up as directed' per 100g cooked)

Tom & Herb 1.5 on EE/Green & 6.5 on Red.

Cheesy macaroni 2.5 on EE/Green & 6.5 on Red.

Cheese & Broc 1.5 on EE/Green & 6.5 on Red.

Chick & Mush 2.5 on EE/Green & 7 on Red.

That seems high i dont use butter just water,so would it be lower, i read some where that it was 2.5 syns for the whole pack ..:sigh:
