on a slimming mission!
I know there are about a million threads for syns of pasta n sauce - i just wanna double check before I tuck into my lunch that teh Mild Cheese and Broccoli batchelors pasta n sauce is 1/2 syn for the whole packet when made with water on a green day? If anyone caould help that'd be snmashing - theres so much conflicting stuff on here (id check on syns calc but its one of the only websites i cant get on when im at work! grrrr!)
