Aaaaah - hadn't looked for a search facility - doh!
I stay near Buckie and go to the meetings there - small world, eh?!
They were speaking about the pasta quiche on Monday but I wasn't paying enough attention to remember what the ingredients were! I had a look on the SW site and found pasta pie but I'm not sure if it's the same thing?

I made a pasta quiche, what I did was cook a bag of the Pasta & Sauce Broccoli & Cheese, when it was cooked tip into a bowl & mix with it a large tub of cottage cheese, 3 or 4 eggs & any other syn free veg you want, tip it all into a big ovenproof dish (at this point it doesn't look very nice) & chuck it in the oven on about 180, check it after 30 minutes, when it is firm & brown on top it's done.
