Pasta/Rice Recipes (for lunches at work) HELP please?!

Need pasta/rice ideas for filling lunches. Thinking of batch cooking at the weekend for easy grab and go lunches.

I buy a packet of cooked chicken pieces, a packet of spinach, cup a soup chicken (syn free one or some chicken stock) and a microwaveable rice or couscous packet. Make the rice/couscous as normal, mix in rest and wholla. Sometimes I like to heat up the chicken as well.
