Pasta & Sauce Syns

Hi,

Looking in my book Pasta & Sauce packs are 4.5 syns for all varieties, but I have seen many people on here stating they are 0.5 syns or free? Could someone clarify this for me? Thanks in advance.

Milk? Butter?

Many varieties are free, some free sans milk/butter.

Thanks for that, no it was the new book but from what I can understand they are free or 0.5 syns if made up with no milk or butter

Which book? The food optimising book gives average syn values so some brands will be higher and others lower. If you want brand specific syn values you need to look them up online
