Could anyone tell me please, do I weigh pasta dry or cooked? Thank you

And does that go or rice aswell?

Is it still
pasta 100g = 3pp
Rice 100g = 4pp

It's best to weigh pasta and rice dry if you can because how long you cook it effects how much water it absorbs and changes the weight! It's 1 point for 10g of either dried.

Book says ... Dry pasta 40g = 4pp

So yeah dry 10g = 1pp
