I am not sure if there is a portion size, they say eat until you are full. The trouble with me is I dont know what full is.
At the moment I am having as much as I want to satisfy my brain and hoping that when my brain realises this is not a diet and I am not gonna be starved, it will start listened to my stomach.
Sometimes I feel over full and start to panic and think I have blown it, but have stayed on track and felt better the next day.
