Cor denise...how long have you got?! LOL! There are soooo many things you can mix with pasta. The easiest sauce to make is simple tinned tomatoes and garlic, basil if you want some.
For an easy carbonara mix quark with eggs, fry a HE of bacon and stir through your pasta.
You can buy sauces but they will have syns. However, for ease, if you're prepared to syn it, things like pesto are quick and easy.

Chips are always good with egg!!

hi thank u for the reply i have pasta on so think i will add tinned toms garlic and some red onion. would have had egg but had 2 at lunch time. sorry i posted this twice.

I wouldn't fancy the carbs overdoes with chips and pasta. But I love SW chips with baked beans and eggs. Yummmy! As for pasta, I like passata with onions and herbs and mushrooms and maybe some quark or fat free formage fraise stirred in. Also yum!

No no no no to the mushy peas but yes to the gravy oh how I miss gravy (proper gravy is way too high in syns!)
