Hi i resisted the temptation of eatin a flaky pasty today lol but was just wondering if any one knew how many syns is in them

My old auntie when she was alive used to make pasty pies, basically the ingredients of a pasty (potato, turnip, carrot, steak) as a pie! probably much lower in syns and tastier than the mass produced things.
