Pate.. yes or no while on induction?

    Do you think Pate is OK?

    Husband bought some home tonight & it really is a weak point for me LOL

    Sainsbury's smooth Brussels Pate:
    Per 30g serving
    Energy: 115 kcl
    Protein: 3.0g
    Carbs: 1.0g
    of which sugars: 0.4g
    of which starch: .6g
    fat: 11.0g
    of which saturates:4
    fibre: .2g

    I dont know if that much fat is good or not.. let alone the carbs!

    Looks good to me.. just count the carbs in yr daily allowance. x

    i ate it this week, dont look at anything but the carbs,

    you can make a standard MIM, slice thinly, toast and cool and they are FAB with pate!!!!

    The book says to avoid liver while on induction. So i'd be careful with it.

    The book does say that, but I ate Pate occasionally, just looked for the lowest carb.
