Peanut butter

    Would anyone be able to help me please?
    Bought a new organic peanut butter, it's made only from roasted peanuts & sea salt.. Only give's nutritional value for 100g & doesn't give fibre value anyways protein is 28g, fat is 51g & carb is 13g... How do I work this one out.. We'll say a tablespoon is how many pp... Thanks in advance XxXx

    A tbsp is usually about 15g but can vary so just measure out your tbsp and weigh it to be sure, then write it on your jar for next time!

    Weight Watchers
    15g would be 3pp

    25g - 4pp
    30g - 5pp
    50g - 9pp
    100g - 17g
