Peppered stuff from the butchers

Hi ,

I love that peppered stuff the butcher puts on steak/chops etc it looks like its mainly spices etc does anyone know how I would syn this or do you know what I am talking about ? Thanks

You'd need to ask the butcher what goes into it. If it's just crushed peppers and spices then it should be syn free. If there are oils involved then you'll need to start counting syns.

I looked at his tub and it says spices of all kinds and breadcrumbs .....!! Which i guess would not be gr8 x
