    Hi there

I drank some tescos peppermint tea this morning. I thought it was allowed. But I'm starting to swell up now and I feel headachy. Was it ok to drink or not????? Help. I'm doing so well so far. I'm on day six.

    You should be ok.

Was it peppermint tea, brewed yourself? Or in a bottle/ready made? If the latter it might not be ok but otherwise should be fine :) xxx

Thank you all so much. I really thought I'd blown it. I swelled up for about two hours and then it receeded. The peppermint tea is fabulous but I must have an intolerance.
