Hi I posted a few days ago after a disasterous attempt at a MAM .. which resulted in me trying to force down a nasty lumpy mess and failing ...
well i came across the 'Recipes for foodpack, Muffin , crisps , fudge cake ' sticky post above and it has the perfect Mix a mousse instructions .. whic I have just followed and it worked a treat .. that was a lovely 'pudding' just like angel delight

I've read some threads where people stated that they use Movicol. So I'm sure you're allowed it on cd.​

It's not really hard - you just need very cold water - colder than tap water.
