Perfectly Clear Strawbery & Kiwi??

Ok please bear with me (again lol) and could someone please tell me how much of the perfectly clear sparkling water can you drink in a day??

I drink about 1 ltr a day, don't know if there is a set amount though, as some CDCs say you can drink it and others say don't. Personally, it doesn't affect my weightloss.

i was told its same amount as coke zero so no more than a litre
