Personal trainer?

I would love to get a personal trainer but I do not know how to find any in my area, or any that don't cost an arm and a leg. I know some women in my Slimming World group have them but I haven't been able to ask these people. Any help would be appreciated.

Have you checked a local gym? They usually can offer personal trainers and aren't to expensive

Usually they are advertised at the gyms.
They usually have a cheap block booking. So you could block book 4 sessions and see if you like it.

I've only ever seen them advertised on the gym notice boards.

I found mine through a local gym, although he now has his own gym but only works one-to-one. Have a look in the local paper for adverts, but personal recommendation is probably the best.

And no, you can't have mine - he's gorgeous and he is all mine, well not quite, and anyway he has a waiting list!
