Pesto sauce

Hi all does anyone know the syn value of the green pesto sauce, I've search through loads of the syn threads, plus I can't find it in the books and left my slimming world folder at mums so can't get online! Nightmare!

3.5 green pesto
1.5 reduced fat green pesto
2.5 red pesto

That's per level tablespoon

It's under the section called 'dressings'

Thanks I thought it would be quite high! My packs at my mums forgot to being it home thanks for finding out for me! Looks like I've had a few too many syns so will buy the light one in future

I find a tablespoon goes a long way

A table spoon defo gos a long way because it is quite potent if you put anymore in and I find one tablespoon does 2 peoples dinners so effectively your only eating half the syns

I mix the red pesto with a load of quark to make a creamy pasta sauce. I chuck in some spring onions and mushrooms too for a lush tea for only 2.5syns xxx
