Petit Pain SYNS

Does anybody know if I can have any type of Petit Pain other than Weight Watchers ones as a H.EX B? My local store doesn't stock them but I don't want to waste 6.5 SYNS on one. Would I be correct in thinking 2 slices of whole meal bread are 6 SYNS so if I have a brown Petit Pain can I just count it as 0.5 SYNS?
Thanks

If it's actually wholemeal bread (and not just brown, or granary/seeded, white or anything else) you can have 60g.
If its not wholemeal then its 1 syn per 20 calories. Normal petit pain are not a HEX, the WW one is an exception due to its high fibre content.

Damn, I think if I can't find one I'm allowed I'll have to take the risk as its the same calories as Weight Watchers one
Thanks though
