its supposed to surpress you appetite, speed up your motab, and burn fat. also there is a spray called fullfast thats supposed to surpress your appetite to, nobody seems to have used either.

I have been tempted by using apetite supressents but ive heard so many horror stories, i wont be going anyway near them

ABSOLUTE rule of diet pills.

If they worked and were safe they would be licenced in the uk and USA because the drug companies would make millions on them overnight. The NHS would save millions on obesity-related diseases and weight loss surgery.

the incentives to bring an effective, safe slimming pill to market couldn't be stronger.

so with any pill, you have to ask yourself WHY it isn't being prescribed by doctors. and there can only be 2 answers. Either it can't get a licence because it doesn't work in clinical trials, or it can't get a licence (or its licence has been revoked) because it has serious side effects, deemed more harmful than obesity itself.

The only drug that is safe and effective enough to get a medical licence in the uk is orlistat/xenecal. which frankly sucks, but it's the truth.

if there were any magic pills, none of us would be fat.
