Came home from the gym (aerobics) starving. Had dinner (beef and veg stir fry with a few noodles) and an hour later was still hungry, so I caved in and had a pouch of Uncle Ben's express egg rice and a plum and a clementine. Just checked the syns and it's only 4. PHEW!!!!

Love it when the SW surprise is a pleasant one!!

I did that son brought me a Ski yogurt, as soon as I tasted it I knew it wasn't free, looked it up and it's only 2.5 so that's ok phew!

Mmm. Synned yogurts are so much nicer than syn free ones aren't they. Mght check some of the syn values of my old faves and have them as deserts if they're that low.
