Had a disappointing first week last week and just want to make sure I'm doing this right with the carbs etc.
Breakfast: Sachet Oat so Simple with semi skimmed milk & 1 Banana

Lunch: Jacket potato with tuna in brine, salad, fat free dressing

Dinner: Beef stir fry, egg noodles

Snacks: 2 X Mini Babybel light (4 Syns), Gherkins, Pickled onions, Ham, Mugshot roast chicken flavour, Options hot chocolate (2 Syns)
