would anyone be able to tell me how much of the Philadelphia light garlic & herb I could have for my Hex A please?

At this moment in time I have no idea if the garlic and herb flavoured one can be used as a HexA

Would I maybe be able to just have 35g of the Garlic and Herb one and use it as my HexA do you think? I only had a tablespoon of it today, so guessing that’s about 1syn if not a hexA ?
