Sorry that's not right - only the plain light one is a HEB. The garlic and herb and other flavoured ones are only a HEB on the green plan. On any other plan they need to be synned.

I know its fab!!

I used mine as HEA last night but I mixed it with some black pepper & fat free fromage frais & had it with doritos as a dip mmmmmmmmmmmm naughty & nice but still stayed 100% on plan yippeeee
