Philly

I've not tried it personally, but it was Philadelphia that my daughter used when she made a cheesecake at school and that was lovely. Not sure about SW recipes using it as part of a sweet dish though perhaps a search would find some.

If you google Philadelphia there is a website (I have the app on my phone). There are loads of both sweet & savoury ideas.

it's one of the things I miss most from before the lactose intolerance.

Have you tried the lactose free cheese spread?

I love arla lactofree because it's yummy, but it's synned higher than light philly, unless I give up my hexa.

I use my HEA for Philly - on green days as I struggle to use up a HEA . I suppose it depends what u are cooking.
