all i try and pick on is fruit and veg, not really a meaty person!!! im on EE, so suppose im on the right thinking i guess!!!
As for red days, i really dont know!! its all protein and when on the atkins you loose weight by a high protein diet, so i would think you were ok just my little brain thinking that haha
If you were eating while you were hungry they'd would be no problem with snacks but SW- extra easy (I've never tried the others) will only work if you don't eat past the point of being hungry.
Free food and superfood still has calories and the plan won't work if you eat unlimited i.e. pass being hungry. And the less you have to loose the even more careful you have to be not to eat past being hungry.
Looking at your stats and BMI you don't have much you loose at all. Also your target BMI shouldn't be allowed if you are going to a SW group as it's under 20 and there not considered healthy. SW has lowest acceptable target weights related to height and BMI and the low acceptable BMI weight is 20.
However if you want a BMI of 20 that's fine and I would suggest you distract yourself with a active activity that keeps your hands busy if you fine you are picking past being hungry. BUT it's fine it eat superfree but ONLY until you are full.
If you are not really trying to loose any weight just to eat better, I would then superfree snacking whenever you felt like it wouldn't a problem if you were trying to maintain.
I pick on fruit & veg all the time. I don't see any problem with this at all. Better doing than than letting yourself get hungry and then eating something you shouldn't.
