Oh Guys - i really dont know what to say cos im like chuffed to bits and also totally blown away at all you lovely comments.

Its amazing what a couple of months can do - I am going to try and find a pic I had taken about a month before I went on this diet - just so u can see the difference... it really is pretty amazing...

On the last stone now - so it will be great to achieve that, it will be a fantastic sense of achievement... i think i will probably cry with joy.
