Could anyone help me point up this pie i am about to make please??

1000g lean mince
2 onions lightly fried in fry light
packet of short crust pastry

NI for pastry as follows the pack is 450g
100g is
protein 7.1g
carbohydrate 60.1g
fat 21.6g
fibre 1.1g

This will provide 8 servings

57pp in that 450g of pastry.
1000g lean mince... hmm... can't be sure how lean your mince is but its about 3-4pp for 125g of the lean mince I get (an 8th of 1000g).
So you're looking at around 11pp?? Just hazarding a guess...

Thanks for that, the one I use is extra lean I think.

So anywhere between 10-13pp I guess...
