.... I am so full and have eaten loads this evening.

BUT I haven't eaten beyond my syns or my healthy options and have had a binge on free foods rather than the usual naughty stuff!

DH is amazed as he has just watched me scoff 2 bags of Square Crisps!!

I am so proud of myself.

Thanks guys for all your lovely comments. I am guilt free today and ready to tackle another day of lb fighting.

Square crisps are my saving grace with slimming world. I find the salt and vinegar flavour a real treat to eat on an evening. The multipack bags (22g) are 5 syns and are so scrumptious.

I'm a big fan of Quavers - 4.5syns in a pack and they are delish.

Can't believe I made it to 34 years of age before trying them lol!
