hello, im thinking of trying some pilates to tone up as i havent got masses to lose, so figure it will help. I have googled and cant seem to find a class near me at a time when im not at work, so was thinking of getting a dvd. so my question is does it really work, and can any body recommend a good dvd?

Yes pilates does really work - it really does tone you up and give you a better core but must be done regularly.

There are tons of dvds out there, so many different sorts - pilates for weight loss, pilates for bad backs, basic pilates.... I'd have a look on Amazon and read the reviews and find one which suits you.
