    Hi Peoples,
I am really sorry to put this on you, :sigh: but, as i had a real problem last week with the toilet events, i now have a different problem... the result of straining too hard etc...
now, after reading most of the info on constipation, which is brilliant to have, but nowhere does it (or at least i cant find it) mention how to deal with the real pain of piles, and how now its made me reluctant to "go"!!
my Oh has gone mental coz he hates me doing this diet, and i must admit, i am off plan now trying to get the situation sorted, :break_diet:
i am not giving up for good though, because i really do want to do this, its just a bit of a problem just now...
any advice welcomed, thanks, linda XX

Just eat lots more veggies :S What has your diet been like generally?
Not sure about the piles, don't know much about them other than you can get cream and if they're bad the doc can push em back up! Definitely increase the fibre though.

I am sorry you are suffering from piles they are just horrible, but you need to take in lots of fibre, also take fibre suppliments, lots and lots of water, go to the toilet as soon as you need it (I know it'll be painful :( ) also if you take any painkillers Avoid the one which contain codine like such as co-codamol, as they are a common cause of constipation. But if you have a pro-lapse or if you bleed and you feel they are getting bigger then seek medical help. There are some non-surgical ways to get rid of them. I hope you get better soon. :( hugzzz
