Pineapples are pretty high in calories I would be careful. I LOVE Pineapple :) Every now and then I wil get myself a small can of them as a treat 120 calories (no sugar added no syrup just the fruit in its juices)

I can't do fresh cause there is no way I would be able to not eat the whole danged thing :)

Helloooo!?! Fresh fruit is free on Slimming World! lol

Oh thats a relief then, I thought all fresh fruit was, tho my consutant has said a couple of times to other people in class, not to eat too many grapes or banana's, I thought with all being free u could eat as much as u like ( well within reason lol)
