Pineapple

Can anyone tell me why we have to syn tinned pineapple, when on the tin it says pineapple in pineapple juice, no other ingredients added, I understand the juice is syned but surely when its drained its just pineapple,

Baffles me just as much as it baffles you! Maybe it's something to do with the juice being (not) from concentrate? x

I think it is because the canning affects the fruit meaning it takes your body less effort to process it when you eat it as compared to the raw fruit.

Ok, thanks just seems silly to me when its only fruit, I might try an experiment and try eating it and see if it makes me gain or slow down it will be interesting to see, will let you know next week!!
