pins and needles

Is it normal to have pins and needles on this diet? I wake most mornings with pins and needles in my hands which I never did before.

Yep, perfectly normal. I get it too. I asked the Doc and the pharmacist about it, and they told me something about blood flow and it's normal. I'm so sorry I can't remember exactly what they said but it made sense at the time!

Say to your pharmacist, they should explain.
