Pitta filling ideas

I like the Quorn tikka slices and lots of salad as a filling for my Pitta bread, and a drizzle of mint yoghurt - that's just a little FF plain yoghurt and some mint sauce added, (you only need a small amount)...Lovely.

Med roasted vegs drizzel for chilli sauce..... Mmmmmmm! shame I don't eat bread... LOL!

I often have a pitta bread filled with stir fry, and I used to have super noodles in a pitta sometimes too.

try veg sausages or quorn pieces and i use a bit of sweet chilli sauce in them. Gorgeous!
