... yesterday was rubbish as birthdays go but i did get some nice gifts from marks family ... £20 towards my hair from marks mum and £15 voucher for a beauty place so am having a tan or somthing before this wedding i think .... And when i got in from work last night Mark had redeemed himself ... table set up with candles and a lovely ham and rice salad with a cold glass of diet coke and a ww pud! hehe ... bless him! .. and hes taking me shopping when we get to cornwall soooooooooo im taking him to st ives and all the surf shops lol !
... well the weather is orrible! dull, cold, damp! not atall like MAY ... Im going to go take Bosun out on the forest shortly for a little stroll we cant go to far cos jakes only got little legs lol ... then im gonna come home wash my hair and after lunch im going into town to buy myself a new top! .. Marks taking me out for a meal tonight at "salsa bar" .. not sure what im going to eat but be sure it will all be packed with points! lol .. oh well it is for my birthday! ....
.......... Sorry ive not been about! ... Work and stuff lol .. Ive been to totton and soton today morrisons, asda, lidls lol ... got a few bits but ummm i am doing so so bad! .. Saturday night i ate ! .. hot tortilla chips with cheese and garlic mushrooms and then stuffed peppers with rice and ribs etc . then choccy gateau .. today ive had a macdonalds and 2 choccy bars! ........ Im so not happy with myself and im dreading getting weighed tonight, I really need to kick myself up the backside! ...
.... well im not such a happy bunny today! .. ive got cystitus! i had it about 6 months ago and woke up this morning with that awful dragging feeling of needing the loo anyway ive taken a sachet of oasis and am now on the cranberry juice! its awful every time i stand up i need to go! no burning sensastion just a horrible pulling heavy sensastion ..
