Pixies Diary...

LOL :O ... oh the joys! .......... teenagers are the spawn of satan im sure of it! they are born they have terrible twos until they hit 4 ... then they go through the enjoyable child phase from 5 until 9 and then it all goes downhill from there :p .... 14 is a nightmare age! im sure i was much better behaved! :giggle:

Ok w.i tonight showed a 1lb gain! ... ok so over the past 4 weeks of stress im thinkin that this is nothing to be fed up about! lol ...

Im going to try core from tomorow! .. so not sure how things will go but hey ill just take it a day at a time :)
 
oh my god a 1lb gain is fab for what uve been through well done for keeping it so low!! xxx good luck with the core to hunni xxx

Hey all :) .......... ok so ive started Core! .. this is day one Im giving it a go because i need to stop with the back snacking and start eating more fruit I can go all week without eating any and not worry about it! so day one! ...

Breaky .. cornflakes and a nana
lunch .. Scrambled eggs bacon mushrooms and onions with a couple of ryvita and an apple!
tea .. not sure yet may do jackets and tuna ....

lots of water inbetween! already on my 2nd glas! which is a miracle! lol ...

Ahh go you hun. The gain wasnt bad! After what you have been through, i think i woulda put on half my body weight!!! Hope things are looking up for you more now xx

Umm ok so we can sorta scratch core lol ... i kinda love my bread to much! lol .. umm and i blew it last night with home made fish and chips! so back to points it is then LOL ...
god im a pain in the arse Oh and i kinda love my chinese at the weekend lol .. so heyho points it is! lol

Hey, yes I am back... sorry to have disappeared for so long.... - I know what you mean about missing bread... I'm on CD for a week (using up old supplies and getting rid of the 7lb holiday gain!) and i can smell toast in the office... Mmmmmm. Can't wait until Tuesday... toast for breakie.
 
hehe oh im so glad everyone understands! ... Now how does this sound? lol ... bare with me . What if i were to try and follow core doing fresh foods more veg and fruit! but point it! .. and then i can point my snacks still i.e bread and chinese etc ? ... hope you understand what i mean! lol ...
Ummm strange vibe as in quiet! lol noone posting or people lurking etc ! :) .....
Diet um not good! trying trying but failing failing but i am loosely kinda counting altho not writing! .........

And ive decided to hand my notice in at work .. not sure if im happy or not about this but marks hours are funny now so hes normally not home before 6 and i need to be at work by 6 so im not seeing him and hes having to ask his boss so he can leave early etc ..... so i thought id leave and maybe go back when Jake goes to school full time ....
Ive rung up about a couple more cleaning jobs so i now have a cleaning job on a friday morning and monday for 5 hours in total at £10 an hour! woohooo! hehe
 
Sounds sensible to me. One of the good things about Core is that it's centred around healthy, low-energy-density food so will automatically be lower in points so, if you follow those principles, but point the food, you'll have a good healthy diet.

You could always use your 21 Core points a week on bread of course ;)
