What would be the best thing to have from the menu when I go on Friday?

I was thinking Tuna Nicoise Salad with low fat dressing and then maybe the low fat frozen yogurt. Does that sound OK?

We have cinema after so was hoping to save 5 or 6 syns for some snack a jacks. Would that put me over my dailiy limit - aiming for ten?

Hi,
I'd probably skip the dressing altogether unless you know the cal content, it could still be quite high? I'm not sure on the syn value of frozen yoghurt though - again it could be a few but they certainly sound like the best options at Pizza Express for sure!!
