Planned Day Off

Hi Everyone,

A friend is having a hen day tomorrow so i am going to take a planned day off. Any advice on how not to go totally out of control? I would quite like to avoid gaining any weight (if you know what i mean). Apart from avoiding carbs - any other advice from anyone?

My CDC advised me when I started not to totally avoid having a social life, but when I did go out for special occasions etc to just select from the menu carefully. She said protein and greens (either salad or veg). If you followed that you shouldn't do much damage, and you probrably wouldn't be able to eat much anyway as stomach will have shrunk (I think). Are you drinking, or will you be able to keep to the water.

Just noticed, this may be a bit late to be any help. But hope you managed to keep everything in control.
