SS+ is the same as SS but with an added meal... only a small one though that you can see in your book...
So you will have on the 4th week.. 3 shakes and say 4oz Cottage Cheese.. low fat and some celery or veggies but only 2 tblspns...
I think I have that right but am sure someone will put me right eventually when they read your thread...

i still none of the wiser for what i can have ok add skimmed milk? but i would rather have food!!! lol

i am having a chicken breast for dinner plus my 4 packs a day! still no carbs though!! when i know more i can add more carbs in...

its all so confusing!! lol

You can have 2 tablespoons of veggies with your chicken... see my message earlier,,
Turkey and chucken.. 2 ozs/ 50grms
Cottage cheese 4ozs /100grms(reduced fat)
3ozs/80grms Cod, Haddock or other white fish
80grms/3ozs Quorn (V) suitable for vegetarians
60grms/2 1/2 ozs soft Tofu or 120grms/5ozs firm Tofu (suitable for vegetarians

Choose from veggies below.. 2 serving spoons full
Green salad leaves
Celery, cucumber or red radishes
Corgettes or marrow
Broccoli, Cauliflower or any cabbage, even pickled
Spinach, kale,Turnip, Asparagus, fennel or celeriac
Chinese leafy greens such as pak choi or Chinese cabbage.
NO MILK IN THIS PLAN WHATSOEVER!!!!!

I cant handle this, am soooo hungry so im going to have....wait for it....a small plate of.....brussells lol, reckon we got some almighty winds coming later:D:D:D:D
