Please help (Carvery)

I am going to the carvery tonight for OH's mums birthday! anyways i am not going to have no Syns today at all so that i can have a nice meal tonight i know all the veg and meat is free,, but hwat syns are in stuffing and roast potatoes, cranberry sauce, gravy am i best just not having any?

A medium roast potato is approx. 2.5 syns and a large one 4 syns on EE.

Gravy made with meat juices is 3 syns for 4 level tablespoons. 1 syn made with water on EE

Stuffing (made up, like a ball etc) is 2 syns for 1oz.

Cranberry sauce is 1 syn for a tablespoon.

I would think these are all approximates as there is no way of knowing for sure how the gravy was made, which fat used on potatoes etc.
