please help jump start me!

Maybe I just start here. Can't seem to navigate my way round v well so will just begin right where I am! Ahem..... overweight! By about 3 stone really. I start every day with the best of intentions and end with 'Oh well tomorrow is another day'. Seem to do ok til about tea time and then snack on Crisps and junk for rest of day. Feel if I could get afew days under my belt I'd be flying and willpower would kick in!! Any suggestions greatly appreciated. Extra weight is having v negative affect on my whole life.
 
Have you started on Slimming World yet or just thinking about it? It's a great plan. Read some of the diaries here and you will see how well it can work. We have all had problems with food, which is why we are here... so we do understand. We all have that much in common! You will find lots of support on here. Are you doing SW online or going to a local group?
