Is it that you are working and don't have the facilities? I tend to do red but stick to a vege type diet with lots of quorn, rarely any proper meat!
I have: SW quiche, cheese on toast, fruit salad- yoghurt &cereal, bacon butty, omelette (I think you can buy a microwave container to do these) Stuffed flat cap mushrooms, soups,
If you are really struggling perhaps you might want to try extra easy for a change?
