Hi all, have just joied weightwatchers toight and need some help. How do you work out how many pro points something is without the gadgets?

If you pay monthly you can use the WeightWatchers online and you can check there or you can buy a shop guide, eating out guide but in your welcome pack (red folder or blue) they is a basic guide, i bought a WW points calculator it goes everywhere with me a good investment and you can buy them from your weekly group x

If you have an android phone theres a wwdiary app where you can work it out. When you join ww online there are official ww apps etc
