Hiya hunny,

Dont worry about it, Eid is like xmas for everyone else so to be honest I even had some food as everyone else was celebrating it around me and I think ya have to give yourself that day in the year to have for yourself. Its worse if ya let it get to ya just learn from it and go back on the shakes and water today and get yourself back into the routine. I think ya will be fine, ya may not have as big of a loss and even if ya don't, didn't ya have a good time? Dont dwell on it and be glad that ya a had a good time. I had 1 shake yesterday morning and then because we had loads of people coming I decided to join with them as it was eid. So today I am back on the diet so hunny dont let it stress ya out. Take care

Just put it behind you...as said above by miss Eid to you is like x'mas to others & thats me included & there is quite a few of us taking a break over x,mas...so don't feel guilty about 1 day...just look forward!!! Good luck with your WI on thursday..Caz xx

you may not have a big loss on thurs but dont fret about it

dont worry about it , i was miserable on Eid didnt eat a thing but just didnt enjoy myself as others have said i think its ok to have that one day thats special and then get back on it, i do regret it now coz i had a lousy Eid an was feelin sorry for myself.

anyways how did the weigh in go??

Saddia, what's done is done. Forget it and move on. You had a nice time and that's it. Now you can knuckle down and get back to the shakes and water.

Whatever happens on Thursday, it won't be the end of the world hun. Just have the end goal in sight and work towards that.

hi saddia u just ate the 1 day i was celebrating it 2day aswell which means iv had 2 meals in 2 days, i told my cdc and she said to enjoy myself and get back on the shakes n soups on weds which i intend. i enjoyed myself with my family didnt eat to much food but it was fun.
hope you feel better and have a good weigh in.
