So today is day 6 and I'm feeling really blue. I've just weighed and have only lost 3lbs, which in itself I know 3lbs is good to have lost, I really was hoping for more in my first week! I've got my official weigh in on Friday which will be 11 days on the diet, but I'm going to struggle if its not improved, I've done better with WW! Its got to get better!
