Fell off the wagon for a couple of days last week after a stomach bug, got back on the straight and narrow and hopefully hadnt done too much damage but then this evening ..... in a matter of a few seconds I ate a mini swiss roll and a few pringles ... Im really pi**ed off with myself now and need to rant at myself and see it written down ... Im annoyed that I allow myself to sabotage what I know is working really well and all common sense and reasoning comlpetely disappears for those split seconds ... Im kicking myself, I really am, please kick me too!!

Thanks both, just needed to vent here ... as supportive as my other half is, him suggesting that he pops to Asda seeing as Ive just blipped and buys the new fruit and nut toblerone Ive been drooling over on tv lately isnt the best way to help keep me on track ...lol ... bless him!!

Im drinking my water and Im thinking about being another size smaller by January, Ive already wasted approx 4 weeks all told of this diet over the last 5 months and Im not wasting anymore, not now Im getting closer to my goal.

hey missy it's called being human!!!! Everyone has off days...i shant tell u what i guzzled last night but it was lush and i've probably scuppered a lovely weight loss but hey ho i will get slim it just might take a slightly detoured journey
