PLEASE PLEASE HELP

    Im in desperate need of help, ive been on cd doing ss for over 3 months now and the last 2 weeks i have been off it because ive been ill and have been takin medication, now im better im finding it so hard to get back on and i feel like such a failure, please any help or tips on how to get me back on would be great. thanks :cry::cry::cry::cry::cry::cry::cry::cry::cry:

    Im going back on it tomorrow after being off to recover from illness. I think the plan is going to be back to baby steps and take one day at a time until it becomes the 'norm' again.

    Good luck, you can do it, just take it slow and think positive.

    Hi,You've done great so far,and you know you can get back to it.Just try to focus on why you're doing this,we all know it's not easy,especially after a break....BUT YOU CAN DO IT!!!!:D Keep up the great work!

    you can do it babes. if you are finding it really difficult, why not talk to your cdc about starting on a slightly higher plan, say 1000 or 810 and slowly working your way down to ss. the losses are still great, you get to eat a little bit and it will lull your body into ketosis.

    I agree with abz, I'm now on day 4 and have had some protein every day, but it is getting less and less every day as the need for food diminishes, and I get the buzz that its coming together. I hope I'll be in ketosis tomorrow. Keep your focus, know that a bit of protein won't hurt too much while you get back with the plan.

    Hey Chickadee, I would suggest starting at 1000cal plan and working down over a couple of weeks as this seems to at least get peeps back into the swing without the extreme of SS. Think about Xmas. What do you want to wear... what size do you want it to be. How do you want to look in those pics with the family from Xmas dinner? Is there a frock you want to get into? Get it out and put it on the front of your wardrobe door.

    Do whatever it takes to get through just 1 day. Make a promise to yourself to do just 1 day of 1000 plan and see how that goes... you'll surprise yourself and be back on SS+ in no time.

    You can do it hun and the whole team will be backing you so never fear!!
